By accessing or using North ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Providing accurate and complete information when creating your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

Subscriptions & Billing

Some features of the Service may require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are managed and processed through the Apple App Store. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to:

Pay all fees associated with your subscription
Automatic renewal of your subscription unless cancelled
Apple's App Store Terms and Conditions

Refunds: All subscription purchases and refunds are subject to Apple's App Store policies. To request a refund, please contact Apple Support or use the App Store's refund process. We do not process refunds directly.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
Transmit any harmful code, viruses, or malicious software
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm other users
Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state your affiliation
Collect or store personal data about other users without their consent
Use automated systems to access the Service without permission

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by North and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you create, upload, or share through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on the Service.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL NORTH, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through the app settings or by contacting us.

Changes

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use the Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
