If you would like to delete your North account and associated data, please contact us at the email below to request deletion.

Please include the email address associated with your account in your request so we can locate and delete the correct account.

What will be deleted

• Account information associated with your North account
• Content you created in the app, such as generated stories, prompts, and related app usage content tied to your account

What may be retained

• Limited information where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, or compliance purposes

Processing time

We will process deletion requests within 7–14 days.
